Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wabble ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and Commerce Policy.

Description of Service

Wabble provides a WhatsApp Business API platform that enables businesses to:

  • Send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale
  • Create automated chatbots and conversation flows
  • Manage customer conversations through a shared inbox
  • Send marketing campaigns and notifications
  • Integrate with third-party CRM and business tools
  • Access analytics and reporting features

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content without consent
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect user data without proper consent
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Commerce Policy

WhatsApp Business API Compliance

As a user of our WhatsApp Business API services, you must comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy
  • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
  • All applicable Meta/Facebook platform policies

Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of your account and WhatsApp Business API access.

Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately based on usage
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wabble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta regarding your account
  • Third-party actions or content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and associated data
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wabble operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
